How to complete
your existing application
Thank you for your interest in partnering with us. Click here to apply to become a Grubhub driver and start earning!
In order to help foster a positive experience for our delivery partners, Grubhub strives to avoid having too many drivers on the road at any particular time in our markets. This means that occasionally we pause bringing on new drivers to provide our already existing delivery partners the best opportunity to earn. If you have already submitted your information at driver.grubhub.com, we have your information and will contact you when there is availability in your region. There is no further action that you need to take at this time.
You can view the status of your application from your applicant portal. Each applicant will receive a unique link that allows them to check their application status in real time. This link is included in almost every email sent from Grubhub during the application process. It is also sent via SMS when you first apply. Please note: if you are on the waitlist, contacting Grubhub will not decrease your wait time.
If you have previously partnered with Grubhub but have not toggled available in more than 4 months, your account may need to be reactivated. In this instance you will not have access to log into your Grubhub Driver App and will receive an A-1003 error when trying to log in. To learn more about reactivating your Grubhub driver account, please check out our help guide.
Please check out our transfer guide to learn more about requesting a transfer prior to hitting the road.
Grubhub will place your application “on hold” if we have not heard from you in a while. If you would like to jump start your application, please submit a request using this form. Use the same email address you used when you applied and select I’m an Applicant > My Application is On Hold and I want to resume the application process.
