Deliveries determine your stats
Your three driver stats are made up of your offer commitment rate, on-time arrival at merchant rate, and schedule commitment rate. New delivery partners receive a level after completing 20 deliveries and have an active history in all stat categories. You can find your performance breakdown within the “Account” tab in the Grubhub for Drivers app.
Better Stats = Higher Level
Your stats determine your program level, which gets updated every Monday morning based on your activity over the last 14 days. As you improve your stats, you’ll reach a higher program level, unlocking more opportunities. For example, Pro and Premier drivers gain early scheduling access and exclusive access to pre-set availability in the app to help plan their potential weekly earnings.
Pro tip: Boost your offer commitment rate with auto-accept, available in select regions, to maximize deliveries with automatic order queue updates.

Boost your driver level with strong delivery stats to unlock opportunities like first access to scheduling, larger catering orders, and Toggle on flexibility, which could mean more $$$.
You’ll begin your journey as an “Entry Driver.” Once you hit 20 deliveries, based on your stats, you’ll earn entry into one of three program levels. And remember, your level is always based on your most recent 14 days of activity!

Understanding the Grubhub Delivery Partner stats
Your offer commitment rate is calculated based on how many offers you accept and follow through on and how many offers you unassign after accepting.
Your on-time arrival at merchant rate is calculated based on how promptly you arrive at a restaurant or store to pick up an order.
Your schedule commitment rate is calculated based on how many blocks you complete and how many you remove from the schedule you’ve created.
